I am reading the Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton. Now almost a year old I finally had a chance to read it and I can't put it down. I love that the reader is able to solve the mystery through the eyes of the different characters and different time periods. I haven't enjoyed a book this much since reading the Twilight Series. In my opinion? An excellent read.

Papertrey January Blog Hop Challenge
Today is the day for the Papertrey Ink January Blog Hop. I am so excited as this is my first time participating! The challenge this month was to either use a Papertrey stamp set that has yet to see ink or one that might be collecting a little dust. I chose to implement both into my submissions. Heart Prints was the first PTI stamp set that I ever purchased so I used that to create a clear embossed background on my card and then I chose a new set, Love Birds, along with its co-ordinating die for my focal point.
All Supplies from PaperTrey Ink unless otherwise noted:
Cardstock: Dark Chocolat, Vintage Cream, Berry Sorbet
Stamps: Heart Prints, Love Bird
Ink: Dark Chocolat, Berry Sorbet
Other: Double Ended Banner die, Love Birds Die, clear embossing powder

and so it begins...
Hi everyone and welcome to my blog.
After pulling back on Scraphoria two years ago, I took time to look after myself. I have regrouped and I am ready to get back into the swing of paper crafting again. Through my blog I really hope to inspire my visitors offering card, scrapbook and project samples, tutorials and resources to those who come to visit. Email me anytime to ask a question or to just say hello. I hope you have fun joining me on my journey.
