Celebrate Balloons

Hi there and Happy Tuesday!

I am up on the A Jillian Vance Design blog for my Tuesday feature post. I used balloon dies and coloured cardstock. I hope to see you over there so you can see what I used to create a fun and festive birthday card suitable for all ages!
