Getting in at the very last minute for the January Ellen Hutson Mix-It-Up Challenge: Avery Elle. This month were mixing it up with products for Avery Elle. I used an old Avery Elle favourite Petals & Stems along with Essentials by Ellen Stay Golden clear stamps. I stamped and die cut a selection of flowers from Petals & Stems. Then I stamped and gold embossed the pineapple on my card base and created a flower arrangement using the die cut flowers. A sentiment was added and finally a few clear sequins.

Sweet card! Literally! Isn't that a fruit "drink" straight from the beach of Hawaii? Well, that's where I'm taking it....

ReplyDeleteVery pretty Tracey and I love the Wonky Stitched Rectangles!
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful Tracey...Love your sweet pineapple filled with gorgeous flowers!
ReplyDeleteI've always felt that cards should evoke some kind of emotion. Without thought, I smiled and felt a bit of happiness enter my day when I looked at this. I'd say you're spot on with this sweet, sweet card, Tracey. From the colors to the embossing, from the wonky stitching to the punny sentiment, this card just works. It's happy. And I like it very much. Hope that didn't sound like I was gushing, but I really do like this one!! Bev
